Mission Statement
To provide onsite generation of power and water to families through the lease of the Independence Home System.
Southwest Water & Electric Energy Powers (SWEEP) has designed and developed the Independence Home System that provides decentralized electric power and water to families world-wide. The system uses a breakthrough technology that produces stand-alone clean, efficient and affordable electricity and water, without dependence on a public power grid and water sources.
The leased system is available to homeowners who choose independence from a reliance on a centralized or public system. The advantage to lessees is a secure source of power and water produced on site and under their control. No other electric power or water source is necessary. SWEEP charges a one time installation fee and maintains the system through a monthly lease payment plan, much like current cell phone and satellite television programs.
Commitment
SWEEP is committed to providing residential and commercial power and water solutions while reducing emissions of greenhouse gases and carbon. The Independence Home System (IHS), a solid-state, semiconductor generator, packaged with options, is the best new technology for:
q Electricity
q Potable Water
q Air Conditioning
q Heating
Product Description
The core system technology is a solid-state, semiconductor generator, with a single fan being the only moving part (unlike today’s energy inefficient engines). It provides decentralized water and electricity, requiring no supplements from other power sources.
The system is the first o
f its kind to transfer heat to energy without the use of an engine, and with far greater efficiency. Another feature is low maintenance costs because there are no moving parts to repair, or oil, water or air filter changes neccesary.
This technology has a variety of uses; the options are almost without limits. SWEEP provides this technology, on a lease basis, to power homes using natural gas, propane and/or any alternative fuel available. This system is the perfect product to address the world’s most prevalent problems. It not only electrifies the home but can provide water, refrigeration, freezing, cooling, heating, and sanitation.
The system is stand-alone, so electricity, water, heating and cooling can be delivered without fear of disruption by external agents. The energy source can be renewable and the basic package is affordable. Electricity and water is now available to areas where none was previously possible or reasonably priced.
This is the first decentralized solution for water and electricity that is:
q affordable, renewable, and efficient
q clean & green, uses liquid, gaseous or solid fuel
q generated on-site, on demand
q quick to install, maintenance free
q secure, decentralized utilities for the home

Our Vision
Our vision is to provide a needed technology, worldwide, that will allow people basic necessities to live. This technology opens the door to a number of opportunities for improvement in a variety of areas, from the provision of basic needs, such as electric, cooling, heating and water, to job creation and the development of revenue streams. We recognize that the demand for the variety of our products and innovations will be different based on geographical location and economic pressures, therefore we have developed an approach that allows us to remain flexible and innovative in meeting specific needs.
The solid-state, semiconductor generator, with a low manufacturing cost of pennies per Watt, compared to $5.00 per Watt, for fuel cells and twice that for photo-voltaic, plans to be the low cost option in this market for many years to come.
